Who has the authority to assess services on Virtuosica?

Virtuosica owns and runs the underlying infrastructure. We are responsible for building, deploying, managing, and maintaining the platform.

That said, we do use several third-party services within our infrastructure and we answer to certain service partners, such as performance rights organizations. 

Either way, Virtuosica, Inc. reserves all rights and maintains all responsibility for assessing services on the Virtuosica platform.
