What is your subscription refund policy?

This article summarizes our subscription refund policy

Virtuosica does not issue refunds on any type of subscription.

Subscriptions are recurring, on a quarterly, monthly or annual basis, and billing cycles are automated via Stripe.

A user may, at any time before the next billing cycle, cancel their subscription. Once canceled, the subscription and associated features are terminated at the end of the current subscription cycle.
