Get to know Virtuosica features in more detail
Virtuosica's virtual concert marketplace includes discovery, contracting, secure payment processing, and live streaming services - all in one cloud-based platform.
Profiles and Artist Discovery
Virtuosica Artists are not employees of Virtuosica, Inc. and are not endorsed or represented by Virtuosica. We do, however, approve and onboard all Virtuosica Artists and try to vet artists for quality and skills.
Artists can create profiles on Virtuosica and use them to promote their skills and services on the platform and elsewhere.
Audiences can view Artist profiles and hire Artists directly or invite Artists to submit proposals for their open custom events on Virtuosica.
Creating Custom Virtual Concerts and Events
Virtuosica is the first DIY virtual concert platform.
Users can create an event with a custom time, date and budget, then invite Virtuosica Artists to send proposals for the event, review all musicians and bands that apply for the event, and hire the Artists by completing a performance agreement on Virtuosica.
Payments and Performance Rights
Artist fees for each event are agreed upon mutually by the event owner and the hired Artists. Funds for payment of event fees are then reserved by Virtuosica and held until the performance has been delivered.
Audience users and Artist users may both create events, but Artist users cannot hire themselves for an event they have created.
Virtuosica is the first virtual concert streaming platform that covers performance rights covered by BMI and ASCAP. This means that you may include over 33 million songs and compositions included in those two rights catalogues in your virtual concerts. You may also request, include, and enjoy any songs and compositions in the public domain or any songs and compositions that the Artists you hired own or hold the rights to.
Enjoy virtual concerts and share hybrid events in real time
Custom events created on Virtuosica are meant to be streamed to one or a few people (locations or IP addresses) at a time. You may invite a maximum of 10 people (locations or IP addresses) at a time to view your event.
You may stream custom virtual concerts created on Virtuosica to any location or venue that you like, as long as it is for private use and enjoyment. This includes weddings, private parties, your home or backyard, a private beach party or an invitation-only charity event.
Virtuosica is web-based only at this time. This means that viewing of virtual concerts created on Virtuosica are best on laptops or by connecting your laptop to a projector and screen. You may use HDMI or a wireless connection to cast to your smart TV, home sound devices such as SONOS or use your smartphone or smart TV browser to view the events.
Commercial events are not permitted. Ticketed and / or public events are not available at this time on Virtuosica, but we're working on it and expect to roll out these features by the end of 2022.
You may not sell tickets through a third party ticketing service or at the door of a physical establishment for watching or listening to virtual concerts created on Virtuosica.
